About Us….

At Lucid Dreamers With Richard Simmonds we are on a mission to help others discover the power of lucid dreaming. It all started when I the founder had my first lucid dream as a young child. That experience left a lasting impression and sparked a lifelong fascination with the world of conscious dreaming.

Fast forward to 2020 - I created a Facebook group to connect with others who shared this passion and it quickly grew into a thriving community. Inspired by the stories and insights shared within the group I decided to write a lucid dreaming handbook to help beginners navigate this incredible phenomenon.

But the journey did not stop there as I was working on the handbook. I had a conversation with a member of the Facebook group who was speaking with a dream therapist. They suggested creating a website and a lucid dreaming challenge to help people dive deeper into the practice.

That idea resonated with me deeply as I had been considering creating a lucid dreaming course for some time with years of personal experience and knowledge under my belt I felt compelled to bring this vision to life and so the Lucid Dreamers With Richard Simmonds website and 7-Day Lucid Dreaming Challenge were born.
